Payment Options

Prestige Horse Wear provides a variety of payment options for your convenience.

Pay Pal - Is our preferred option - if you don't wish to use Pay Pal other payment methods are available.

Credit Card - Visa or mastercard details to be provided over the phone.

Cheque and Money Order- You can pay by posting a cheque or money order to Prestige Horse Wear P.O. Box 214, Warburton Vic 3799. Order dispatch once payment is cleared.

Direct Bank Credit- You can credit a payment direct to our Bank account, via your bank, telephone or Internet banking. Bank account details will be provided in your confirmation order when you order on line or we will contact you for other ordering methods.

Rug Sizing

Always try a new rug on top of a clean rug, as once soiled cannot be returned

Rugs begin at 5'0 and rise in increments of 3" ie 5'0, 5'3, 5'6 and so to 7'0.

Most horses with fall between sizes, in this case it is recommended that you round up the measurement to the next size up.

The following is designed as a guidance only - Height of the horse is only a guide, horses have different conformation & builds.

Returning Purchases

Prestige Horse Wear guarantees the quality on all products sold and will replace or refund any faulty product.

Our policy on wrongly selected goods is that we will replace your purchase with a product of the same value however you will need to cover return postage costs.

We will only accept returns within 14 days of dispatch and the product must be in completely unused & new condition that can be resold. Rugs should be tried on over a clean under rug, soiled or damaged rugs cannot be returned.
